Hi, I am TeachX3 ...aka... Dannielle
I was born in 1967... I am a happy Wife & Mom to three awesome kiddos born in '91, '92 & '94 and I was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) in 1993. I'm 5'5 and at my heaviest I weighed 191 pounds. I look to not only lose some weight, (my lil sis is getting married this Aug and I am the Matron of Honor) but, I want to be the healthiest I can be for who I am throughout each time of my life! I have no doctor. I have not seen any type of doctor since 1994... so, I make the best choices for my health with God, research, and common sense!
I started my healthy lifestyle on January 17th of 2007 and I take it slow and listen to my body closely...
I look forward to the support & friendships here at Fit4LifeFriends!

Teach...I don't know how to make a pic small enough to make into an avatar. I have some resizing programmes, but they always are too big still!
