Well I need to do something!!! I feel awful..my jeans are getting tighter again! I can actually see myself growing bigger...eating myself bigger!

These are my goals and challenges for the month of June:

Not go over 2000 cals a day at all... (I've been really bad for that)

Stick below 1600 cals whenever possible...

More veges!

At least 8 glasses of water everyday...

12 weight sessions spread out over the month...

20 hours of cardio spread out over the month...

Have added these to my daily challenge! everyday!:
50 concentrated sit-ups
10 girly push-ups
20 squats with ball

Lose 4lbs!

1st June: Starting weight for the month is 122.8lbs

1908 cals..so kept under 2000...

no exercise yet...

drank 9 glasses water...

working on eating more veges...

Ooh good luck purrrple you can do this Huggs ...it is just a matter of getting your mind set back on track and picking up the exercise a little more. Are you going to do another 5 mile run? Great day to start...1st of June!

2nd June:

Calories today...1517 yayy under 1600!

I had more veges today!

10 glasses of water!

1 weight session done! 11 to go!

no cardio

Taken 3 migraine tabs since 5am this morning...I hate TOM, he will be here Monday and I get migraines around that week...so annoying! But my tabs are great!

Thanks guys Huggs . Had a migraine through the night but got rid of it this morning with a tab thank goodness!

3rd June:

Calories today...not sure how much but under 2000!

Calories today...1472

not enough veges

8 glasses water

50 concentrated sit-ups

20 squats with ball

still no cardio! :rolleyes:

Tuesday 5th June:

40min weight session...2 down, 10 to go!

10 mins treadmill 10 mins done, 19hrs 50mins to go!

50 concentrated sit-ups
10 girly push-ups
20 squats with ball

9 glasses water

not sure on calories but under 2000

had a lovely big salad with dinner so got plenty of veges:)

7th June:

Challenge is going well me thinks ;)

50mins walking on treadmill today...that means 1hr down, 19 to go! :D

50 concentrated sit-ups
10 girly push-ups
20 squats with ball

I'm drinking plenty of water so I'm happy with that. :)

I'm managing to keep my calories definately below 2000 so I'm happy with how that's going

This first week I have lost 2.4lbs, 1.6lbs to my monthly goal of 4lbs.
