I just realized i havent posted an introduction yet :D

I am 24 years old, from Canada, i have been working on my new healthy lifestyle since around May 2006, over a year now, how time flies!

I think logging my food, thoughts and exercise daily will really help me out. I have lots of motivation but i go off track once in awhile which hinders my progress...although i always do get back on program eventually.

I am excited about this new forum and interacting with everyone here :)

Canada huh? I just heard on the radio today that Canada has now taken the title of 'friendliest country in the world' from Australia - oh it's all on now! I'm gonna be nice as pie! Lol.
