Hello Everyone!

My name is Kiki.......I have been on a forever merry-go-round of lose weight, gain weight.......it's been ugly........I am currently at 221.4 lbs which is still about 22 lbs down from my highest weight of 244 lbs. It is now summer and I am pumped to lose weight again. I originally put on a lot of weight when I met and dated my boyfriend, but as of about 10 days ago I am now single again and it is time to look after me! I used to be in the "one's" (barely!) and I want to be in the "one's" again soon........it may take me a couple of months but in a couple of months it will still be summer!!! It promises to be a hot one here in Toronto and although I won't be anywhere near a bikini this summer, it would be nice to be in one for next summer........the thought seems preposterous and unattainable right now, but I've seen sooooooooo many people do it and I'm going to try my hardest to get there too! I feel that I am a beautiful, intelligent woman with an awesome personality (haha, quite arrogant of me isn't it?!!) and a beautiful body would compliment everything to perfection! Here's hoping I stick to the damn plan this time and go to the gym religiously.........I like my food, so I'll have to try extra hard to get a grip on it.........hopefully this atrocious heat will kill my appetite and inspire me to eat crisp salads and delicious fruits instead what I'd really like to eat! Haha.........so good luck with your journey's my friends........I am going to need it!

I can't believe we are the same weight exactly right now! It is kind of exciting! :D I know you were down alot more before, but you can get down there again, and i'd like to come with this time!

And yes Shy, we're pretty much the same height....I'm 5ft5 and 3/4 hahahaha I usually go with 5ft6 ^_^ It is great to have somewhere to go again when I need a boost of inspiration and support! This'll be great ^_^ Let's hope I stick to it now....
