I think Friday's will be my weigh in day as I am beginning today!

- Friday, June 1, 2007: 221.4 lbs

- Goal for Fri. June 8: 219.8 lbs (goal is to lose 1.6 lbs this week)

Maybe if I set mini goals I'll do better.......not sure.......starting up at the gym again this week so hopefully I'll get a boost for weight loss (which I know will be water loss but will still keep me motivated!!)

Thanks guys........you are all awesome!!! I can't wait to get back to the gym tomorrow to boost this weight loss! My sister and her husband just left for their 2-week honeymoon today so I'm all alone and have to fill my time with something, and working out sounds like a plan to me ^_^ I just hope I stick with it.....geez, I'm always so pumped in the beginning........I have to not let things get me down........that's my biggest challenge I think.........that's why I'm going to try and be on here as often as I can to stay focused Dance Party

So I didn't hit my goal on Friday...... but I did go down to 220.4 lbs......so close! I didn't go to the gym even once......I'm horrible! I have 2 exams this week, so I won't be going this week either......but next week is different! It has to be...... geez, I wish I wasn't so lazy :wacko:
