Hiya! I see so many familiar names it's spooky.

So, I'm choo, age 33 (as of last month), single (but in a relationship), no kiddies (but proud mom of an insane cat) and food is "what I do" (cause it pays the bills quite nicely). I started in January '06 at 186lbs, bf 35%. and finally landed at 126lbs, bf 18%--and have just been working on improving my fitness level, improving nutrional intake, and maintaining my weight for about the last six months.

Maintaining my weight/bf% is practically like a second job for me...but it's okay 'cause it's a job with great benefits ;) ...but it's really, really hard...if anyone ever says "it's easy" don't believe it .....there are times when a single day of maintenance feel longer than a week of hard core dieting and that's the truth. But I've failed to do it twice in the past so this time I guess I was just better prepared for the beast that lay ahead.

I keep a detailed daily food log on another site, and a detailed fitness (mostly pertaining to weight training) on yet another site....but I have five million yummy, healthy (all whole food) recipes that I'm collecting for a personal on-line project (if I ever pull my head out of my belly button) that I'll post in the recipe section.

I guess that's it...oh, except this does look like a very neat site and thank you Shy for inviting me to check it out....sorry it took so long but procrastination is my middle name these days :wacko:

...and thank you for the nice welcome!....hope everyone got to see my pic in the avatar beecause I'm far too techno unsavvy (and lazy) to figure out how to do it from another host site...when I logged on and saw it was gone (before I read the explaining post) I thought "uh, oh, I guess the pic was showing too much cleavage!" :huh:

Re:, if you've been reading my food journal then you already know I still whine and moan a lot about how "hard" it is :P . I don't know about the 365 day plan...it seems to have just morphed itself into a lifeplan...I think I just need that control of writing my food down each day....maybe one day I won't, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.
