HI ladies ,
mmmmm , well what can I say .....

Due to expriencing some stress and depression over the past few months , I have totally let myself go ....gained so much weight . As of today I weighed in at 62 kgs ( yup up from 54kgs ) in just a matter of two months . I have not exercised at all .....
I would appreciate your support getting back on track .
I intend of getting my diet right to begin with then slowly easing into exercise again .
Nice to be here and see so many familiar names.

Thanks Teach , mmm so I have set new goals . I wish to reach 55 kgs , and maintain at about 55-57 kgs. So I have about 7 kgs to lose. :(
I think perhaps I just burnt out .

Hey I know what you mean and I can really relate with you! It is really easy to just say to heck with it all and just eat and not exercise! I'm trying not to! :angry:
