Ok my Goal is quite straight forward .
NO pigging out , eat only healthy unprocessed foods as much as possible .
Ease back into exercise with in the next two weeks - whatever form that takes ( initally I will start back at Curves 3 x's per week and start back with crunches. )
Only have 1 x coffee per day , drink water and green tea .
Avoid alcohol :wacko:

Thanks teach , they aren't terribly difficult goals ( except for maybe the alcohol one ) :blush: hehehe .doing well so far!
I'm trying to avoid alcohol too. It's been just over a week now and I'm feeling really good. You can dooo it!
