Here is a very simple recipe for a really healthy and good drink:
1 cup milk (i use 1%)
1 medium banana, cut into smallish chunks
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tbsp cocoa (omit if desired)
Simply throw all into a blender and mix and enjoy! It makes about 2 cups. You can use other fruit if you want instead (blueberries, raspberries etc)
Calories- around 310
