Monday Day 1 -Week 2
OPps.. i did nothing... but i did walk down to the corner store to by speggetti pasta

Tuesday Day 2 - Week 2
30 mins on my eleptiacal at home... 330 Calories burned....
I so didnt want to do it today! BUT I DID AND YAY! I think thats great

I tried a new gym regiment... here is how it went...

5 Mins Eleptical-Level 3 "Running" 50 Cals
15 Downward arm presses-40lbs
8 mins treadmil-Level 4.5 Running 50 Cals
15 upward arm presses-40Lbs
5 mins stair climber-7 flights, 32 cals
15 Crunches on wierd ab machine....

overall... sweating harder than if i just ran for 30 mins on the eleptical.

im going to do this, and then work up to 10 mins running, 2 sets of 15 weights, and burn 50 cals on the stepper...

Im sore this morning, partly because of my back.... but my legs are sore, hopefully from the stair climber....

so im going to pretend this is a good sore... :clap:

Wednesday...


Just back from the gym

15 mins Bike, 4.5 miles, 80 Something cals.
15 military presses 40 lbs.
6 mins running treadmil 4.5 spead, 1.0 incline, 60 calories
15 bench presses 40lbs.
10 mins eleptical, random setting, 86 calories...
30 crunches, wierd ab thing, 40lbs.
5 mins stepper, 37 calories.

Again, feeling the burn... expecially on that bike.. but i kept seeing these "hills" on the random setting, thinking..i can do that! and just kept going...it was great...

I really feel like im getting stronger this way!!! :bouncy:
