Cherriterri - July 22, 2007 04:43 PM (GMT)
Don't worry about 0.6 lbs Hollywood. It'll come off next week. :huggs:
NicC - July 24, 2007 03:13 AM (GMT)
I agree with Cherri - it'll come back off - also sometimes your body temporarily does that when you are changing your diet (like adding a healthy breakfast or drinking more water etc) but in the long run your metabolism will be better off and it will come off permanently!!!

I completely agree :huggs:
Best of luck for next week.
Its been my experience that the weight that comes off "too easily" goes back on "too easily" Sometimes it is better that things take their course.
sapphire - July 25, 2007 11:41 AM (GMT)
I totally agree, don't worry about it. Minor fluctuations are normal. :huggs:
TeachX3 - July 25, 2007 02:08 PM (GMT)
I ditto what has been said... You are doing great!! :happydance:
Hollywoodera - July 25, 2007 02:32 PM (GMT)
Yeah thanks ladies... that really helps...
Otherwise though, i really had a messed up stomach between saturday night and sunday day...
So i think my body could have been stubburn about "purging" some stuff that could have made the scale a little happier for me......
I also know though, i didnt work out as hard... and since i gained the weight from becoming inactive.... i have a feeling my body is going to have to BE ACTIVE to lose the weight...
I want to join one of those classes at the gym , but i did do my own thing yesterday that id like some comments on, so check out my exersize log!
Hollywood :wooohooo:
Righ - July 26, 2007 07:45 AM (GMT)
i echo what has been said, half a pound is neither here nor there, that can change from one day to the other.
doing great.
Hollywoodera - July 29, 2007 06:40 PM (GMT)
Sunday weight:
128.4.
no loss.
shygemini - July 30, 2007 03:28 AM (GMT)
maintaining is always better then gaining! :huggs:
Hollywoodera - July 30, 2007 02:19 PM (GMT)
yeah, im thinking about changing my weigh in day..
sundays just seem to be lies...
haha.
today i weighed in at 127.4.
i work out 3 or more days a week, with cardio and weights, im always watching what im eating... and im getting no where...
its sooo frustrating...
shygemini - July 30, 2007 03:06 PM (GMT)
a rule i tend to go by in terms of weight:
if i have only seen a number on the scale for one day, i do not believe it. It is only when i've seen it there for 3 days that i believe it is accurate and not just due to dehydration, eating too much or bloating :)
Maybe you would prefer doing a weekly average for your weigh in..if you weigh yourself everyday anyway...?
purrrple - July 30, 2007 08:27 PM (GMT)
I weigh myself everyday but really count Thursday as being official...reason is the weekend is too easy to cheat but I get back on the wagon during the week.
I'm too embarrassed to post my weight anytime at the moment!
Princess2one - July 30, 2007 09:05 PM (GMT)
I like the idea of a weekly average. I know for myself I can weigh 2-3 hours apart and will get two different numbers. Crazy I Know.

Purrrps, knock that crap off! We are all family here!! :huggs:
Hollywoodera, I agree with you... I know for me, Sunday would be a terrible weigh in day, cause I eat to badly and do not exercise regularly on Fri and Sat!
Just keep that chin up and keep striving for success... your body will catch up!!
NicC - July 31, 2007 03:01 AM (GMT)
LOL, Teach there's a reason I weigh in on Wednesdays as well (just enough time for any weekend bloat to be gone...well usually anyways)

Hollywood, looks like we have a similar goal....good luck to us! ;)
stormgirl - July 31, 2007 11:26 AM (GMT)
Shy that is very true...taking that average figure gives a much more accurate picture of where your weight is truly sitting.
Hollywoodera - August 4, 2007 04:13 PM (GMT)

Hey good work on your weighloss so far. Exercise certainly does play a huge part in weight. When you first start out you may stall sometimes or fluctuate, it's just your body geting used to the changes. Sometimes you have to mix it up with food and exercise to find something that works to give you consistent loss. Good luck! :)
