Title: Purp's 24th-30th

purrrple - July 23, 2007 08:21 AM (GMT)
My challenge for the week:

2hrs cardio

2 times weights

8 glasses water a day

2 times abs

Ok, I have been really not into the exercise buzz for a couple months and I'm not feeling very good about it or good about myself. I feel tired and lethargic so I'm going to see how I go with a bit of exercise. I'm hoping that it will help bring up my energy levels and give me a renewed zest for life! I have made my challenges very simple and doable so that I'm not put off by it

:cheer: !! WOOOT !! YOU CAN DO IT GIRL !!

stormgirl - July 23, 2007 05:37 PM (GMT)
Good luck purrrple...you will slip back into the exercise fine girl just take it easy at first. That is a totally realistic amount to do to, at least to start with :happydance: . Went to the gym today and felt poo before I went but I had a great session so sometimes it pays to ignore the lethargy and go with the flow... :cheer:
Bit of a personal question but do you notice that you have a fantastic, energetic work out first day of your period?

best of luck purrple!

that definately sounds like a doable amount of exericse, and will be a great way to get back into it! :danceparty:

Thanks Teach, Stormy, Shy! :huggs:

Stormy, I had to laugh at that question. I had to really think about it. It feels like it has been so long that I've done any exercise that I can't even remember how I felt. Now that you have asked, I'll have to keep an eye on it for the future and I'll let ya know ;)

lol it is just I have noticed a pattern in my cyclethat suggests I am at m strongest physically on that first day! I would never have said that would be the case as beforehand I feel like a frail, 80 year old woman but once I get going I feel fantastic! Just have to get my ass into gear
