Title: Prins Journal
Description: Exercise

Princess2one - August 3, 2007 04:03 PM (GMT)
I need to be accountable for my exercise. I love exercise once I get started, I just get busy skip a day or two and before I know it its been weeks since I have done anything. So I plan on logging something in my journal everyday even if I have to put "No Exercise".

Princess2one - August 3, 2007 04:04 PM (GMT)
Stretches and 50 crunches. I'm going fishing later and for a walk around the lake.

Go Princess! :cheer: I know I should start doing crunches sometime soon...

Princess2one - August 16, 2007 01:41 PM (GMT)
Thanks Sapphire. Crunches are great, I have not do them regular to see results so I'm hoping to change that.

Sometimes stretching is what you need! Great that you are listening to your body!

shygemini - August 24, 2007 06:23 PM (GMT)
yes, personally i would say when starting out it may be a good idea to take a day off inbetween workouts..ease yourself into it...

i try to organize my workouts so i have a cardio day and then a weight day so i get a break :happydance:
