Breakfast: Slim-fast Shake and half mini bagel w/strawberry cream cheese. 320 calories.
The bagel was no the healthiest but not to bad. I think that it'll be a whole wheat muffin w/ peanut butter instead.

Snack: roma tomato 11 calories Veggies count for little.
Lunch: Homemade Lasagna 330 calories
Snack: 1 cup Pineapple 120 calories
Dinner: I have to go out of town for a family emergency so I no clue. I'll be as healthy as I can. ;)
