Hey lovely ladies and gent :lol:
Would you all be able to take some time to fill in this questionnaire about exercise for me? I want to be able to tabulate a few things and I love analysing statistics and looking for patterns etc...I would be so appreciative if you could. All will become clear once I have the results, which I will post up on this site only.
The questions are pretty general, any you are not sure about just put N/A

That's hard. Walking? I walk 20 minutes every day to and from school but i don't count that in my exericse. Everything else is pretty equal.

8- How long do you spend warming up before an exercise session? 1 min or so
9 - How long do you spend cooling down after an exercise session? 1 mon or so

(Stormy, we have quite similar ratios of bust-waist-hips measurements!)

16- How long do you usually exercise for in any one session? anywhere from 15 min to several hours (powershopping)
17- Do you lift weights regularly? no but I should start again - the aerobics I'm planning on taking will have a weigh component so do some of my Pilates DVDs - regular sessions of Pilates will start again with my friend next Wednesday (we couldn't do it over the summer)
Here you go for now. My routine is always changing and I'm just getting back into one.
