Ok, I'm going to post my weight every Thursday, which will coincide with the wednesday weigh-ins for others on here.

I need to focus again on my weight after just letting it get out of control again! I don't feel good about it and even feel the extra weight again, especially on my tummy.

I've gone back up to 122.8lbs today! Will focus on losing a wee bit this week!

I'm not going to drop my calories too much but just not go overboard like I have been with food :rolleyes:

I forgot yesterday (Thursday) was my weigh-in day.

I have been weigh-in horribly and yesterday it was 124lbs!!!!

Today it has come down to 122.8, so I'll stick with that! ;)

I'm going to Make a challenge and goals thread for myself since it's a new month...

This month there are going to be changes and I need to get back down to where my weight was! approx. 115-117lbs
