Bottoms up! Enjoy a guilt-free indulgence that's virtually
fat-fre! E & an excellent source of calcium, vitamin C and
fiber.
1 1/2 c raspberries
1 1/4 c fat-free (skim) milk
1 1/3 c Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free red raspberry yogurt
1/2 c fat-free chocolate-flavor syrup
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover & blend on high speed
about 30 sec or until smooth. Serve immediately.

Substitution: If fresh raspberries are hard to find, substitute
2 c frozen unsweetened raspberries, partially thawed. Partially
frozen berries will give shake an extra chill.
Per Serving: 185 cal, 10 cal from fat, 1g total fat, 5mg chol,
120mg sod, 40g carb, 5g fiber, 9g protein, 16% vitamin A, 28%
vitamin C, 28% calcium, 10%iron

I just wanted to check whether the 1/2 cup of syrup was a typo...that seems like alot of syrup to me.
This sounds really good. I haven't come across fat-free chocolate syrup here in Australia though; we might not have it.
