Hey, so I think it would be good for me to jot down what I am eating atm....I have promised myself that tomorrow is a new day and I am going to cut the crap. Today has been another belter so I am going to post up what I have had as a reminder of how bad it can make me feel...
2 pieces of chunky toast with jam (good start)
jelly beans (argh what am I doing?)
Dr Pepper (medium sized bottle..hello there old friend caffeine)
A HUGE bag of crisps (chips...what was I thinking?)
A plate of rice and curry at one of my respondents homes (yummy!)
3 biscuits (I love jammy dodgers, what can I say?)
loads of water (to water down that ridiculous sodium intake of mine)
6 slices of parma ham (more salt eek!) and salad
2 organic 5 nut crackers (quite healthy funnily enough)
skittles (lots of)
flavoured mineral water
several mouthfuls from my honeys dinner plate (potato and onion..very nice too)
So there I have it....at a guess I would say today has coming in 2700 cals plus easy...most of them empty calories to boot.
So...enough of this. My body is a temple, not a skip!
Lets detox by cutting out the crap and nourishing myself, I am fed up with me!
