I decided this weeks challenge will be to STOP MINDLESS eating at the computer and sit down at the table for every meal.

Eating in front of the PC is terrible... it may save a smidgen of time, but we cannot fully enjoy our food or do a very good job at the PC when we are juggling both! Great challenge Nic, I hope the BEST for you, YOU CAN DO IT!!

I reread my comment, I was not trying to scold you Nic, :blush: ... it is just I *know personally* that eating in front of the PC is terrible, sorry if I sounded rude! :huggs:

Day 1 - did fine for breakfast and lunch but was naughty at dinner and ate on the couch. Oh well - this will take a little while...

Heehee... I seem to be joining you, because every time I was about to sit down in front of the PC with a bite to eat today, I thought of you and this thread and made myself sit at the table!! :lol:

BIG REVELATION at lunch today: I actually started feeling full eating my soup and couldn't finish the rest - will have it for snack later since I already counted the calories, lol.

Not doing too bad but I still need to improve my habit especially for breakfast and snack times...

I like this goal NicC. It is something that seems so easy on the surface but I think can Make such a huge difference in how you look at food. It makes you really have to think about what you are eating and actually see how much food you are putting into your body.

Great Idea NicC. If I actually had a table to eat at I might join you in this goal. :lol:
