Today I did HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

So I started out with a 5 min warm-up
Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec)
Went at a moderate pace for 1 min
Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec)
Went at a moderate pace for 1 min
Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec)
Went at a moderate pace for 1 min
Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec)
Went at a moderate pace for 1 min
Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec)
Went at a moderate pace for 1 min
Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec)
Went at a moderate pace for 1 min
Went at a High but not all I have pace for 1 min
Went at a moderate pace for 1 min
Went at a High but not all I have pace for 1 min
Went at a moderate pace for 1 min
Went at a High but not all I have pace for 1 min
Went at a moderate pace for 1 min
Went at a High but not all I have pace for 1 min
Then did a cool down for 5 min

Today I did my Strength Training

Wide Leg Dumbbell Deadlifts 3x15 15 pounds
Step ups (20 on each leg) 2x20 15 pounds
Seated Rows 3x15 50 pounds resistance
Dumbbell Chest Press 3x12 10 pounds
Seated Shoulder Press 3x15 15 pounds
Leg Flutters 3x20
Planks 3x45 sec

Today I did Moderate Cardio for 60 minutes with breaks.

My husband took me to dance classes It was a total surprise! My mom watched the baby (he set the entire thing up). I was horrible but I loved it. He bought us a months worth of classes so this will be my Sunday now!

I love it when he randomly does sweet things!

I love the HIIT I have lowered my heart rate so I increased my speed today!!

Thanks Teach!

Went to visit my parents this week (Sunday-Wednesday) so I didn't really do my exercises or eat great. So I probably won't really loose any weight this week but I figure it is ok I will make up for it.

Tomorrow I am going to do my cardio and get back to my calorie counting!

I am going to get back to my dance classes this Sunday too!
