:clap: Good for you counting those calories Dottie! Try to get in a well balanced diet... fruit, veggies, protien, fiber, dairy, etc... and make sure you drink lots of water!! :D YOU CAN DO IT!! :bouncy: HEALTHY IS HAPPY!!

Ooh cinammon toast sounds yum Dottie! We do not have that many cinammon products here in the UK but I love the flavour.
