Well purps, i was able to get my water in today while driving from florida to North carolina with my parents. I'm pretty sure they didn't appreciate stopping every hour and a half but hey I'm in the middle of a challenge here, right? Then it hit me that the challenge started tomorrow :lol: :blush: :wacko: I swear I am losing it!

I'm hoping to get some time in at the gym in the morning. I'm not sure if I mentioned it but I found a hotel with an exercise area. :cheer:

Ok, I got my water in without a problem. No exercise today on my first day but don't worry Jaxx, tomorrow is another day ;)

What happens if you go over 3 hrs? any bonuses for extras?

I think if you go over 3 hours you should get additional points for every 1/2 hour over....?

No worries Purrps! I'm with ya: I got my water in again, making my dad stop at every rest stop on the highway :lol: but no exercise :( My goal is to get an hour in tomorrow so that I can hit 3 before Monday.

Ok, now 1/2hr worth of walking.

Do you think 4hrs worth of gardening...

(making a stone garden around my rose bushes, shovelling stones into wheel barrow, pushing wheel barrow down a hill making sure I don't empty stones all over the lawn, pushing stones around with my hands to spread them out over the tarp that I used to keep the weeds out, pushing wheel barrow back up the hill to start the process all over again. Approx. 20 loads....lots of weight lifting! LOL)

...is worth 1hr of exercise? so can I claim it as exercise? Well I did anyway! :joker:

Well I'm damn sore today from all the gardening so it definately counted as exercise!!! It was an all over body workout! :jumping:

Well thats great! And I got in my 1 hour of exercise today! I was on the mill for 40min and then lifted for another 20!! My water goal is almost accomplished for the day as well!

I walked 21km (half marathon) outside this morning. Supposed to be doing a half marathon walk or a 10km run on Sunday for our school, haven't decided yet but this morning was my training for the walk if I do it! LOL

Last year the half marathon took me 2hrs 56mins...today I did it in 2hrs 45mins :D

Oh and I did a wee bit of other walking so that's why I put 3hrs on my exercise.

I guess my goal food wise would be to try and stay under 1600 cals. I've only had about 1200cals so far today and I'm too tired to eat anything else! Just want to go to sleep and it's only 7.30pm! :lol:

I'm having the same prob with my food. I'm just so tired and full. The weather is super hot, I'm drinking water like it's going out of fashion and I'm finding it hard to fit in my minimum cals. Had to force dinner and now I have a gut ache. EEEK!

Well I got on the scale today and it said 219.4!! Keep your fingers crossed for me. I've seen it go down every morning (even though I said I wouldn't weigh-in daily) and today it went below 220. If things keep going this way I may get myself a ticker :lol:
