Hahahaha sorry NIC! Yesterday I was reading the threads and noitced that I was the only one that had started - so as not to feel like a cheat or anything (hahaha) I typed a reminder about some people being a day ahead and then I read it a few times and decided against posting it. I so saw it coming LOL. Anyway, I'm glad it's all cleared up for everyone.
So anyway, good luck with your challenges and you're welcome to PM me anytime to figure out cheating stategies and ways to sabotage the other teams. Wait...did I just say that out loud?

Hey Cherri, got 'em at Bestsmilies. You just go to the main index and pick out which subject you want. There are all kinds. There is another really good site, but I forgot to bookmark last time I was there. I'll have to look it up and I'll get back to ya. :)

How are you going with water? I'm really lucky because it's super humid and quite hot here, but I can imagine it may be a little more difficult for you. Do you think black tea would count? It would probably be an easier option if you're in a colder climate.

I didn't know how lax i was getting on drinking my water until i started counting. I used to drink a gallon plus a day with no problem...now its another story.

Ok, so no exercise yesterday. I just made the minimum water because of it. Today I've been for a short walk and got halfway through training this morning (feeling queasy -how do you spell that???) - so I only counted as 30 mins. Will tak a walk later with dog. Then I will feel satisfied.

Didn't walk yesterday, but did today. halfway through water. Will check in tomorrow. Can't wait to see what weigh in is gonna be!

Thanks Fluff - unfortunately on the weekends there's little time for formal exercise (work etc) but I will try to walk one of the days and the other day will be my official day off.. Have not started the water today but I will bring my big purple bottle to work. :cheer: Hope you are not feeling dizzy anymore.

Well very successful week 1 for us I say.
For this weeks challenge I'm going to stick with 1300-1600cals. I will keep my food diary in the food section, but post my totals here. Food is my downfall, so hopefully this will put me in check!

Ah crappers...didn't reach my minimum cals. My hubby even bought a mudcake, but I'm so hot right now, just have no appetite whatsoever. I've stuffed myself with water and I easily could have skipped dinner. I'll try make up for it with exercise tomorrow. :)

So last night I felt terrible for not reaching the minimum food. So I had a small peice of flat bread and heaped it with a spoonful of rice and some curry sauce from my husbands dinner. That has got to be worth around 100 cals. I made the food goal - woohoo.

Yep mega hot. We slept out in our games room last night because there is air con in there. The kids thought it was a party, with their matresses all over the floor lol. But great news, our new system was installed in the house today and it's so good, you don't even care that it's blowing out that 'new' stink. I've decided not to change my food goal. I'll get some dips today and have a couple of crackers with dip. They are quite high in cals, so that should help. It's 4pm and I'm only up to 750cals rrrr. I honestly didn't think I'd find food so tough!
