Well Im back on Fitday.com counting my calorie intake. I have re-evaluated my goals for calories per day etc... So in following my plan my ultimate goal will be to hit 140 lbs by march 30 2008. I know I can do this! I can lose my last 25 pounds! According to the scale at the doctors office yesterday, it said that I was at 169 pounds! I am extremely bloated though from my bladder issues and TOM is soon to start. I will take my weight again after my cycle and see where Im at. If I did truly gain more and am not just retaining water then oh well. It will come off!

Well so far so good. I am counting my calories and am staying within range. Still feel like a bloated pig though :pig: I am definetely retaining some water and am very swollen. My tummy is so hard and sore. This bladder thing sucks. I do have an appointment with a specialist who has had great success in treating IC. I am also going in for Rapid Eye Therapy and Reiki. So my body will be back on track soon :bouncy:

your plan sounds great kat, best of luck! I hope you get things sorted out with your blader soon...it sounds so terrible :(

You are right though, even if you did gain some weight it is not the end of the world! We just have to move forward and strive to make positive changes.
