I told my son I want to do a tri-athlon before my 40th birthday so I asked for a treadmill for Christmas (I think we will shop for it after Christmas though, can't take it on a 5 hr road trip to my parents anyways) - only 2.5 years to train - I think I will need to get more serious about running in 2008

Nic, the gift of endurance that you gave me paid off...I ran 10km last night!!!!!

Thank you so much!!! I started off going for a 4k run and just kept going, between the 3rd and 6thk my ribs were so sore from stitch and then it went away and i just kept going!!! :jumping:
