I need to get serious about working out. It seems like I do good for a week or two then without even knowing it I just quit for weeks at a time, then pick it back up again, and repeat. I know its because it never has became a part of my life, so I'm working on changing that. I'm shooting for 3 workouts a week at first, thats my challenge. :poinsettia:

25 Min. Rock your Body DVD. :D
I just got this new video today, and I love it. This might have been what I need to stick with exercising! I love dance (I did drill team and cheerleading when I was in school) It was challenging but not boring. B)
The DVD is Rock your Body with Jamie King. He is a choreographer who has worked with Rihanna, Pink, Britney Spears and Madonna. (maybe I'll look like that when I'm done) :lol:
Anyway I made it through workout #1, now I need 2 more this week.

Oooh those dance workouts sound hot! I think that's the type of thing I need. Something fun that doesn't actually seem like a 'workout'. Keep us updated!

Fluff you should check them out, I one I got was $13 at Wal-mart. They also had a "Dancing with the Stars" workout video that I want to get next. I really think that I'll be able to stick with it, because it's not boring. :bouncy:
I should mention that I only did 25 minutes because I thought that I'd be super sore this morning, I always get excited about exercise on day one, then over do it to the point that I can't exercise for a week. But I woke up this morning and wasn't sore, I do however have a cold that is making me feel miserable. :sick: But with my hot tea :hotdrink: I'm feeling better.
I plan on doing 45 mins. tonight I'll keep you posted.

I didnt think I was sore until I hit that first step, then I felt it.
I had planned on doing 45mins tonight but with my cold and TOM I coundn't make it past 35mins. (But its 10mins more than last night and I'm taking victories where I can get them these days) :lol:
