Ok so I reflected on what went wrong and I think I will try to get more protein early in the day and see what happens - I've been getting my fruit/vegs/fiber. I think I will work on lean protein and water tomorrow and try to have more fruits/vegs earlier in the day. :goodidea:

It IS alot of work!! But every time I think I'll eat something, I make myself sit down at the PC and log it in before eating it, and there has been a couple of times that I just said "ah, forget it!" and didn't eat it! LOL

The funny part is it felt like I was eating ALL day but I was soo stuffed I couldn't have eaten anything else (also had some intestinal cramps - seemed to be caused by coffees #2 and #3). I retested the brussel sprouts for allergies - still got a mild tingle in my mouth so I only ate one and ate extra carrots...The strawberries were good (someone brought them to the Parent Council meeting - the chocolate was there as well - I am so proud I only ate one of those :cheer: )
