Friday 25th:

No exercise. Was busy most of the day and I also didn't want to have a shower (exercise=definate shower)today so that I would keep my new hair colour longer...I don't know whether it makes a difference not washing it the day after but it's worth a try! It's supposed to be a permanent but they all seem to wash out!

Wow that's a lot of exercise, purps! Do you mean 6.8km or 68km?! I read 10 minutes, 68 km, 51 cals, and was thinking... if Purrrple can run 68 km in 10 mins then there's no hope for me  I imagine you'd burn way more than 51 cals! lol

purrrple - May 28, 2007 08:08 AM (GMT)
LOL Sapphire, it was only .68km /point 68 not even 1 km! I only walk on my treadmill because it's not motorized so I can't run on it.

You're doing amazing, Purps!

I just had a silly question :P: are "concentrated sit-ups" just sit-ups done slowly and with more focus?

purrrple - June 5, 2007 10:48 AM (GMT)
Thank you!

Yep, that's definately what they are Saph ;) I feel the burn!

I put my feet underneath the bed and my hands folded on my chest and I put a cushion under my tailbone otherwise I scrape it and that's not very nice...then I push upwards slowly and back down slowly.

I love it when I'm pushing upwards and I poke my tummy with my finger...nice and hard tummy under there :P

sapphire - August 8, 2007 10:34 AM (GMT)
Purps you've inspired me to want to try them once I feel better. :D I'm not sure how heavy a weight to use though.
