Ok, here we GO! We have 5 weeks from today before VALENTINES DAY... the day we get to be all mushy and lovey with our sweeties!! So, in celebration of such an awesome day... we want to LOOK HOT for our guy! The goal is to loose TEN pounds by Thursday, February 14th! If you want to join, make your initial post with today's weigh in... then every Thursday weigh in again and EDIT your initial post with the new info! This will keep the thread compact and make it easier for us to keep track! WE CAN DO IT GIRLS!

I'm IN! My hubby is planning a super romantic & sexy Valentines Day for me (I'm a good detective ;) )
So, I want to do MY PART by looking my best for him!! (but I'm mostly doing this for ME)

1/17: 157.8
1/24: 159.8

1/10 EDIT: My reward when I loose the ten pounds is new lingerie!!
1/17 EDIT: Well, it was not a full 2 pound loss, but I'll take it! LOL
1/24 EDIT: Oh my my... I weigh more now than I did when we started :P
2/01 EDIT: I forgot to post here yesterday! :lol: Two weeks left... no chance at loosing the ten pounds I originally wanted to, but I will be a much healthier person! :flowers:
2/14 EDIT: Once again, I forgot to log into this thread last week... UGH
AND... I forgot to weigh in this morning!! I cannot believe this... this is the first time in over a year I have forgotten to weigh in! I look at this as a positive thing to be honest... ;)
SO I will weigh in tomorrow AM :blush:

Hey Teach. great idea for a challenge, exactly what I need, I'll definately be in it. Right now I am in a slump, so to stop me from getting discouraged, I will only be weighing today and at the end.

Goal Weight: 211.4 lbs
I cannot even imagine how happy i would be to be stabily under 220lbs with no risk of going over!
ps if i'm not celebrating valentines day until Feb 29, do i get extra time on the challenge? :lol: :happynewyear:

I am really hoping to be under 220lbs by Feb 14...that is my revised goal.
I looked back in my exercise log, and i was 222.6lbs on May 15th or something, the first weigh in on this site...that is a whopping 8 months platued/maintaining at the same weight. I've seriously had enough of this. I know i am making the changes i need to, and that i am moving in the right direction.
By my 26th birthday, on June 15/08, i want to be under 200lbs. That is 20 weeks to lose 22lbs...so essentially 1lb a week will get me to this goal. I think it is very possible.
