I'm lazy
NicC - April 21, 2008 12:50 PM (GMT)
:congratulations: Admitting you are lazy is the first step in recovery! Now :canofworms: and start :bouncy: :bouncy: :bouncy:
TeachX3 - April 21, 2008 02:39 PM (GMT)
Lazy? Maybe... but I know you have it in you to make a few small changes. I'm not talking drastic crazy turn your life upside down stuff, just baby steps. Like choosing water over a soda or choosing to not have that extra serving or choosing no dessert tonight and instead go for a motorbike ride. When you start seeing a slimmer and more trim you, you will want more... so just start off slow and never put to much pressure on yourself! My *musts* are to daily have water, a multi vitamin & fresh fruit and veggies... if nothing else gets done (like no structured exercise) at least I know I have done the basics. Small steps bro and it will not feel like such a chore! :huggs:
