2. Get back into a normal exercise routine.
3. No diet soda!

It's just a bad habit that returns during times of stress :blush: Always makes me retain water like crazy too...better go finish my bottle so I'm not tempted tomorrow!!!

i never drink diet soda..but the times i drink regular soda...wow do i ever get thirsty! no wonder i would drink so much of the stuff in my earlier days...it just doesn't quench thirst.

LOL - I'm sticking to green tea, water and coffee today(no more soda in the house...). That reminds me I forgot to take my Multi Vitamins the last few weeks so better go take one...
