Oooh I love oatmeal! :D My favorite way to prepare it is with a dollop of peanut butter and a sprinkle (to taste) of chocolate mix, add a splash of milk and OMGoodness, it is so yummy and around 250 cals or less!! :wacko:
What is your favorite way to enjoy oatmeal?
My favorite way to have oatmeal is to cut up an apple, place it on the bottom of the bowl and pour the hot oatmeal on top...yummy! that way the apple softens and it becomes quite a delicious treat. Then i add brown sugar (about a tbsp usually) and milk :D
I like adding frozen raspberries (get in some extra fruit and fiber)
