I have been on this challenge for myself for just over 1 week now. Here are my goals that I track each day. This challenge goes until September 1, Labour Day, just like my walking goal.
Oh, right now I am on day 4 of my week so am posting the previous days since Monday and how I have done.
Monday -
1. Average calories/week under 1600 -- 1455 - 1/1
2. Exercise(min. of 20km/week) - walked 3.49km in 32 minutes - 1/1
3. Water(3 bottles) - 3 finished - 1/1
4. More fruit and veggies(3-4 servings a day) - still have the orange to eat but good - 1/1
5. Diet Coke - only one glass a day(or one small bottle) - nothing - 1/1
Tuesday -
1. Average calories/week under 1600 -- 1597 - 2/2
2. Exercise(min. of 20km/week) - none - 1/2
3. Water(3 bottles) - 1 more to go - ?/?
4. More fruit and veggies(3-4 servings a day) - bad - 1/2
5. Diet Coke - only one glass a day(or one small bottle) - 1/3 of a small bottle - 2/2
Wednesday -
1. Average calories/week under 1600 -- 1585 - 3/3
2. Exercise(min. of 20km/week) - 37 min going 3.82km - 2/3
3. Water(3 bottles) - done - 2/3
4. More fruit and veggies(3-4 servings a day) - good - 2/3
5. Diet Coke - only one glass a day(or one small bottle) - 2/3 of a small bottle - 3/3

5. Diet Coke - only one glass a day(or one small bottle) - 1 glass - 4/4
Friday -
1. Average calories/week under 1600 -- 1636, 4/5,
2. Exercise(min. of 20km/week) - 50 minutes going 5 km - 4/5
3. Water(3 bottles) - done, 4/5,
4. More fruit and veggies(3-4 servings a day) - 3/5,
5. Diet Coke - only one glass a day(or one small bottle) - 1 glass - 5/5,
