Title: New challenge

Well I felt that my April challenge bombed so I started a new one last Tuesday. I've doubled my exercise and do a minimum of 2 hours a day. I have lost 5.1 lbs in 1 week! Last Tuesday I weighed 145.3 and today I weigh 140.2! I'll likely only continue this for another week because I don't want to take it off too fast and end up with skin so loose it'll look like I have a permanent flag. :lol:
I'll see. i took my measurements when I started...I can't find them now, but when I do I will take new ones and compare them!

That is alot of exercise... *whew* girl, you (like most here) totally got me beat! (that is one reason I currently have a turtle on my ticker... :lol: )

wow, that *is* alot of exericse every day! I"m glad to hear you will only be contiuing it for another week or so...just because as you said, you don't want to lose too fast! Actually you'd be ok if you just ate a little more to counteract the extra activity so your total calorie deficit isn't too low :)
Best of luck on the challenge and i'll be watching for your measurements!

Wowie, that's alot of weight to lose in one week, especially when you haven't got that much to lose...I bet if feels good though! As shy said, it might pay not to do that too often LOL you'll shrink away on us! Huggs
You're awesome doing that much exercise everyday! puts me to shame! :P

I'm pretty proud of myself. Especially considering that yesterday I made 6 dozen homemade peanut butter cookies...and ate 4! :wacko: :D

Wow that is a big loss Lime! Good to see you treated yourself...I ate a whole pack of flapjacks yesterday, just to reward myself for getting back into the exercise. :D
