Title: TeachX3's Goals

2 Pounds DOWN by June 6th!

I am going to try and step it up. More exercise and less goodies. I would love to see a two pound loss come next Wednesday...

This Friday night is hubbies & my monthly date night to go see DIONYSIA ... so, I will be enjoying a steak fajita with the works. Also, I don't drink to drunkenness, but I will have a huge margarita and a few shots of tequila throughout the 7 hour evening. But I dance my butt off too... so, I hope it evens out a bit! :lol:

Fluff, we ended up not going this month and taking the kids bowling instead! :D But believe me, it totally IS a blast!! I am such a groupie! :P

Well, I did pretty good this past week. :clap: I think I only missed two or three days of not doing the resistance band, but on the *on* days I totally rocked! B)

My NEW GOAL for June 20th is: Do at least 20 ab roller crunches a day! :awesome:

... I shall accomplish this :lol: or die trying!! :joker: Just joking, I'm not that intense!

20 crunches a day sounds like a great goal. Do you like using the ab roller better then doing the crunches "freeform" ? I have never used any of those ab helper things.

You know shy, I do. When using it (20 bucks at wal*mart) it is less strain on my back and neck, but I still *feel it* in my tummy. PLUS I can do way more with it than without. All three of my kiddos were born by C-Section and my tummy muscles are very weak, and to be honest, I do not enjoy working on my abs, so I am less likely to tackle that exercise, which makes the help from the ab roller a must! :D

hm that sounds really good.

I am always conscious when doing crunches of my neck, i usually have to keep one hand back there to support (which is totally fine, but a bit annoying). If i was doing ab work at home i'd definately look into one of those things.

don't despair...just think of all the days ahead that you will be able to use it, and take steps towards doing so!

It is like when i haven't gone to the gym in awhile, hard to get started but once i do, i can't wait to get back there!

I'm getting back to my goal of the ab roller Crunches... however I will not be documenting my progress daily. I feel like the added pressure of making the posts each day in the various threads puts undo stress on me and creates a larger problem in my healthy life daily struggle. Does that make sense to you? LOL, oh well, it does to me... :lol:

i would never suggest anyone do something that puts extra stress on themselves if they can help it!

daily journaling isn't for everyone, that is for sure :huggs:
