I have a feeling, however, that next weigh in will not be so good... LOL ... it is Memorial Day weekend here in the USA and I shall be eating some very yummy (and unhealthy) food tomorrow with my family!! :D But I plan on enjoying every bite and having a laid back, fun time with my hubby and kids! ;)

Cherriterri - May 27, 2007 11:02 PM (GMT)
Teach, you deserve to have a fun time with your family. Have a great Memorial Day weekend!!

TeachX3 - May 30, 2007 02:05 PM (GMT)

 156.6

I did prepare myself for a gain... but I am still not happy. UGH! Hopefully I can *use* this disappointment to PUSH myself hard on exercise this week...

triscuitwafer - May 30, 2007 02:24 PM (GMT)
your still doing great! Remember the scale does not tell all! Muscle weighs more then fat! Huggs

Cherriterri - May 30, 2007 03:31 PM (GMT)
You are doing so well Teach don't get too discouraged by a little gain. It'll come off again!! Huggs

shygemini - May 30, 2007 04:22 PM (GMT)
As long as you enjoyed yourself this last weekend, and the food you ate, i wouldn't worry about the gain at all! The more important thing is that you let yourself have fun and eat what you want once in awhile, without it affecting your overall goals and progress. One pound is nothing, it will be gone and take a friend with it next week i bet :)

TeachX3 - May 30, 2007 04:54 PM (GMT)

Huggs thanks girls... considering all the 'fun' I had this past weekend, pizza, ice cream, brats, roasted marshmallows, a couple of Bud Lights, etc... I can't be too upset! But I SURE DO APPRECIATE you gals and your support!! :D

LimeCrush - May 30, 2007 08:22 PM (GMT)
Don't you dare be hard on yourself! You have so much determination and spirit and this can't get you down! Now you get those ray-bans back on and.... Dance Party

Your still doing great! :D

TeachX3 - May 30, 2007 08:47 PM (GMT)

You mean I can wear them if it's not dark?! :P Thank you girlfriend!! Huggs

Suzzy - May 31, 2007 05:06 AM (GMT)

purrrple - May 31, 2007 07:18 AM (GMT)
You're still doing wonderfully Teach...as Shy said, next week it'll take a friend with it! ;)

stormgirl - June 1, 2007 05:26 AM (GMT)
Yeah don't despair if you let you hair down...I have done the past week or so but we need to sometimes. You are doing great! :D

TeachX3 - June 1, 2007 03:04 PM (GMT)

Huggs Thanks gang!! :D

sapphire - June 2, 2007 06:25 AM (GMT)
Next week, Teach! The pounds won't know what hit 'em! user posted image

TeachX3 - June 6, 2007 02:29 PM (GMT)

The pounds fought back and won. :P Now in all fairness, I *knew* this was going to happen. I, yes let me repeat that for my own benefit... *I* did not do enough this past week to see a positive result today. SO, without further ado, today's official weigh in is: 156.6 I am actually surprised that I did not gain. I KNOW what I have to do, eat right and EXERCISE... so WHY, WHY WHY did I not do that this past week?? Maybe two or three days total were good ones. I have no one to blame but myself and that is exactly what I plan to do. I will not just say, "oh well, I'll do better next time" NO I must get it into my head that I cannot continue to slack off, there are no true excuses of why I do it and it does nothing to help me succeed. I must strive harder to be successful in this healthy lifestyle! There. Now I have properly given myself a kick in the rear. It is a new day and it is gonna be a good one! :HappyDance:

Righ - June 6, 2007 02:33 PM (GMT)
I hear you Teach, I've had more than a few of those weeks myself, you can't help but get stale when you've been on the programme for a while. The truth is you had a normal maintaining week - not much wrong with that in my book :D

Hang in there and have a wee look at your ticker and be very pleased with yourself ^_^

shygemini - June 6, 2007 02:34 PM (GMT)
good luck with this week teach!

in a way i think it is a good sign that if you don't do enough during the week, your weight stays the same. That means you are eating the right amount and exercising the right amount.

Make some goals for this week, i personally wouldn't make them pound related, but exercise and food related, and stick to them, and get things going in the right way again :)

Cherriterri - June 6, 2007 03:11 PM (GMT)
That's great that you did not gain Teach. I think it is important to learn that if you have a week where you slack you are able to maintain your weight too.

I agree with Shy, make some goals for yourself. I find this gives me more motivation during the week.

:HappyDance: :DanceParty: :HappyDance: :DanceParty:

Happyjaxx - June 6, 2007 03:11 PM (GMT)
It's awesome that you didn't gain teach! Not gaining is always a victory in my book...especially when we know that we really could have done better ;) You'll get 'em next week!

TeachX3 - June 6, 2007 05:09 PM (GMT)

Thanks you guys... you make it hard to be angry with myself! ROFLOL :D
