Hi! I am joining this forum in a last ditch effort to lose and maintain the weight loss. Just looking for support, tips etc... I am attaching a 'before' pictures. (Or, as I like to call it, a 'OMG! That can't be me!' pictures) in hopes that I will have an 'after' pictures to accompany them in the near future!
