I just always cut up a bunch of fruits...ie apples, oranges, honeydew melon, strawberries, grapes (don't cut these of course hehe) into smallish pieces and toss with orange juice..the acidity of the juice keeps the apples from turning brown and it gives a bit of a "dressing" for the salad...

don't need very much juice...just a little..

also good with yogurt on top :)

Sounds similar to how I make fruit salad. Sometimes I also add fresh pineapple, bananas, pears or berries other than strawberries depending on what needs to be used up. For acidity you can also use grapefruit or lemon juice (makes it more sour though which can be cured with just a sprinkle of sugar if you need it). For yoghurt I like to use French Vanilla.
1.5 lbs a week will get me to my goal weight by Jan 1 next year!!!

I use a can of Fruit Cocktail, sliced banana, chopped apples, can of mandarin oranges, and cherries(really anything that you want) and mix it with light whipped cream. Its great in the summer.

And on special occasions I add shredded coconut and chopped pecans. :D
