I really liked this little Q and A :) It emphasizes that we should be focused on overall mental, physical, and emotional health, rather than the fact that we weigh 2 more lbs today than we did yesterday.

Don't worry about your weight

Jann dishes about being "large" --

DEAR JANN: I know that you have strugged with your weight. Being a large female myself, I'm curious if you ever thought, "I'm going to start eating right and exercising tomorrow," but then the next day felt like, "Never mind." How can I get past these negative feelings and finally buckle down and lose the extra pounds? FAT CHANCE

DEAR FAT CHANCE: To tell you the truth, I've never had problems with my weight. It's the press who seem to have the problem. I'm always happy just to be alive. I look after myself. I'm active and I'm always trying to be better than what I was the day before. Don't worry about losing weight. You need to get walking, but do it for your mind and your soul. Life isn't about how much you weigh, but how good you feel about yourself. Don't beat yourself up and don't compare yourself with anyone else. Be gentle with your soul and gentle with your heart. Remember, a healthy body is a perfect body.
