Roasted Spiced ChickPeas

2 cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
pinch paprika (i have hot paprika which is even better!)
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil.

2. Combine the chickpeas, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and cheese in a bowl and toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.

3. Scatter over the prepared baking sheet and bake for 60-75 minutes, or until crisp, tossing occasionally (about once every 15 minutes should be good).

4. Enjoy! Store covered at room temperature. These are a great snack and alternative to nuts.
