Step aerobics, spin class, muscle sculpt, walking Healthy Lifestyle Goal? Currently, to continue to improve my eating habits, and lose the 10lbs i gained back recently!	I just made this for myself, not that it is something particularly innovative but i wanted to share! 1 slice bread of your choice about 2 tbsp (or so) of light shredded cheese- i used mozarella place on a cookie sheet sprayed lightly with cooking spray and broil until the cheese melts- should take about 3-4 minutes I added a bit of spicy salsa and garlic onto my toast before i broiled it . Delicious!
