OK.. I definitely need to do this to help me make sure I am getting a full variety..

Mornings are a big challenge as I just dont want to eat anything, but I know of the health problems associated with not eating breakfast/not enough at all..


Breakfast:
2 slices Light Wheat bread
2 oz Boars' Head All Beef bologna
serving of mustard

side of roasted butternut squash (left over from last night)

Snack:
Luna Bar Nutz over chocolate

Lunch:
Garden Salad w/Balsamic Vinegar
4 oz oven roasted chicken (no skin)
serving of roasted butternut squash

Snack:

Luna Bar Smores

Dinner:

1 svg white rice
1 svg fresh steamed greenbeans
1 svg mix of fresh broccoli, peppers and mushrooms
1/2 C of fresh stirfry sauce (homemade)
4 oz lean pork tenders

3/4 GAL water
1 C black tea

Tuesday September 30th

Breakfast:

2 slices light wheat bread
2 oz of Boars Head All Beef Bologna
mustard
1 medium banana

Snack: Luna Bar: Chocolate Peppermint stick

Lunch:
Homemade Hummus
Garlic Herb wrap
fresh spinach
fresh cucumber slices
sliced red onion

Snack: Luna Bar Nutz over Chocolate

Dinner:
1 SVG of angel hair pasta
1 heaping cup of homemade pasta sauce with fresh vegetables
2 links of hot italian sausage...

Total water intake 3/4 Gal water
1 cup of black tea
