For us ladies, we have a time every single month where our hormones go completely and totally nuts.Well, that tends to be a time when we are not so focused on the healthy lifestyle we lead. So during such time or even times of stress, sadness, etc... what are some of your favorite healthy 'comfort' foods that get you through and on to a brighter day? Please give ideas, lists, suggestions, etc... |

I wouldn't say this is terribly healthy, but I enjoy the 100 cal popcorn packs with added spices
Also puffed wheat cereal with milk, puffed wheat is so low in calories so you can have a big bowl with no guilt...i find cereal helps me feel better when i am stressed. |
