I found this on a blog that I came across tonight, I have not tried the recipe yet, I need to go buy some watermelon, But I think it will be great.

1 cup (152g) of cubed watermelon
1 container of flavored light yogurt (I used strawberry)
Place the watermelon and yogurt in the blender. Puree.

Pour the mixture in a bowl and place in the freezer for an hour to an hour and half. Stir it about every 20 minutes to help it freeze uniformly or the edges will freeze solid and the center will still be liquid.

OOOh this looks good! Especially with the H&H weather around here...
1.5 lbs a week will get me to my goal weight by Jan 1 next year!!!
