Hi Teach - great topic! I have to get back into those little changes that make a big difference. Maybe we could have a contest where we show how we save calories! Yum fresh spring rolls! Some of the tips are only helpful if you actually eat those things (LOL for example I save 200 calories a day by never eating Krispy Creme) |

I just had spring rolls today...i don't think i really ever had them before! I bought them for lunch at school (freshly brought it from outside campus). They were delicious and very nutritious. It was wrapped in rice paper and inside was: Lettuce Bean sprouts Chicken Cilantro Fried onion(ok, possibly the worst part of it, but it was seriously about 1/4 tsp) And it came with a black bean dipping sauce and about 1 tsp of peanuts! YUM! |
