Have any of you seen or bought the cookbook "Hungry Girl" ? I picked up a copy and love the concept. Nutritional recipes written for one healthy serving. (of course, you can multiply for more) All categories, easy & quick to prepare. I have tried several so far. My favorite is the pumpkin fudge. Hey, I get my vegetable and chocolate fix in one snack! :D
So, has anyone else had an experience with this. What do you think? :goodidea:
