Since it's been in the 90's lately I have been eating alot of frozen grapes. I thought I'd share this idea (not really a recipe) I simply take the grapes from the stem and wash them and then freeze in freezer bags. They are really great frozen and make a light and healthy snack. I dont like them best after a few hours in the freezer, as the are not rock hard.

Also sometimes I freeze them and then take them with me on errands, they defrost and little but are still nice and cold.

I keep forgetting about that idea! Another idea - I buy the frozen fruit salad from Costco (or elsewhere) - usually I partially defrost in the microwave and then eat just like that
1.5 lbs a week will get me to my goal weight by Jan 1 next year!!!
