Ugh....

Megan Fox's Stay Slim Secret? Starvation!

Whether you want to drop an extra ten pounds before sweater season (sorry, whatever you've got now is it for bikini season) or baby-bump-up that gut for some reason, Megan Fox has a few wildly ill-advised diet secrets she's picked up on the bossy directors' weight micromanagement circuit. For Diablo Cody's Juno follow-up, the cheerleader murderer romp Jennifer's Body, she followed the unique "no food" diet. "I just stopped eating," she told Fox News. Sounds delicious!

For 2009's Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, director Michael Bay ordered her to gain ten pounds in three weeks. "I have a serious sugar tooth, so now I eat red-velvet cake before I go to bed every night, and if you eat meals later, you'll put on weight faster, so I had dinner at 10 p.m.," she says. Eat cake, look like Megan Fox. Ok, got it.

This is pathetic. I cannot believe the ignorance of some people... and further more, the 'every day average joe and sue' imitate stars *sigh* so even more people will do this ignorance!

yes and can you imagine the damage that the yoyo effect is doing to her body? Lose weight, gain weight, lose weight... and doing it in short periods of time (for a movie or whatever) and in such an unhealthy way... so sad!

With all honesty, Megan Fox could stand to gain some weight, but the healthy way...

She is, in my opinion on the border-line of being emaciated when watching "The Transformers" movie.. Even my daughter thought she looked like a twig ready to break if you touch her the wrong way.

Just bring her my way.. Ill give her some Coq au vin, old-school cheesecake with all the trimmings, hmmm what else.. OH Yeah, some really thick crusty bread swimming with butter.. hehehe

Silliness aside though... Hollywood will never phase their idealistic visions out of the entertainment industry on how women should look like. Thankfully my daughter has a great attitude about it, otherwise I would be worried for her... I have my own personal problems with this issue, and thankfully they dont pour into her
