Breakfast: No, I never even thought out it. Water: 2 Liters Snacks: Fruit and Yogurt, chocolate (fun size) and some chips-All under 200 calories:Just not the most healthy choices. How are you doing? |

Yesterday: Breakfast: Yes Water: Yes Snacks: Way to many...see food diary. I have gotten a little better on the water and on eating breakfast, but my snacks are still way to high.

One step at a time Princess - I think I will force myself (food diary, water) once school starts... It's great you are doing better with breakfast, it's hard at first but you get used to it eventually. |
