I made this for dinner tonight and it was easy and good. 6oz. Chow Mein Noddles 12oz. Broccoli Slaw 1/4 cup Peanuts 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce 1Tbsp. Oil Cook noodles according to package. Heat oil in a large skillet and saute broccoli slaw and peanuts. After noodles are cooked, stir in the soy sauce with the noodles. Then add the noodles to the broccoli slaw. 336 Calories a serving-A serving is 1 2/3 cups. |

Quick note about the recipe...it taste great as leftovers...I just ate some.Shy, broccoli slaw is shredded broccoli, carrots, and red cabbage. It is in the produce section. People use it as a substitute in cole slaw. Being so thin it cooks really fast in stir frys.

Btw you can use regular coleslaw (the type without the dressing) in cooking too. I add it too stirfrys, soups etc. |
